Bandar's Healthy Sautéed Kale

Serves 1-2 people


1 1/2 lbs young kale, stems and leaves coarsely chopped
3 Tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
1 small shallot finely chopped
2 tsp of Bandar Mint Cilantro Chili Sauce
Dash of red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak kale in water to remove any dirt or debris

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and shallots and cook until soft, but not colored

Remove kale from water and do not dry leaves.  Place directly into hot pan with oil, garlic and shallots.

Toss and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in Bandar Mint Cilantro Chili sauce

Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
