Bandar Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich

Serves 1 person


2 slices of bread (pita, focaccia, or tomato basil)
3-4 cucumber slices
2-3 tablespoons of hummus
1/4 chopped red onion
2  teaspoons of Bandar's Spicy Mango Chili Sauce or to taste
3-4 tomato slices
1/4  chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon of feta



Mix the Bandar Spicy Mango Chili Sauce with hummus.

Toast the slices of bread.

Spread the hummus generously on the slices.

Place the slices of cucumber and tomatoes on one slice. Add the chopped onions  and peppers on the other slice.

Sprinkle the feta and enjoy!
