Bandar Bombay Sandwich

Serves 1 person


1 boiled mashed potato
1 tsp kosher salt (or to taste)
1/2 onion thinly sliced
3-4 slices of cucumbers
3-4 slices of tomatoes
1/2 cup grated cheese
Butter (as required)
2 slices of bread
2  tablespoons of Bandar Mint-Cilantro Chili Sauce or to taste

Spread each slice of bread with butter. Spread Bandar Mint-Cilantro Chili Sauce on both slices.

On one slice of bread add the cucumber, tomato and onion slices. On the other slice add the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle salt as per your taste. Top both slices with the grated cheese. Arrange the potato slice over the veggie slice.

Grill sandwich on a grill pan or put in a toaster oven. It Is done when the cheese melts!
